The Land Worm is a pretty rare fiend that is only found in the Nucleus area of Inside Sin. At the beginning of the battle, the Land Worm will concentrate attacks on a single character, up to five times, then begin charging to use Earthquake. As you attack the creature enough times, it will use Swallow on a character to remove them from the battle. However, continue attacking and it will eventually Regurgitate that character back onto the battlefield.
