The Dual Horn is a strong fiend, with its attacks able to inflict upwards of 350+ damage to a single character. It has both a normal attack and Gore, which is a stronger physical attack. When you encounter one, there are a few ways you can go about the battle. One is to use Power Break, which will cut the damage in half or so from the attacks. The other method is to use Dark Attack, which will cause the fiend to miss most of its attacks. Note that Kimahri can use Lancet on the Dual Horn to learn the Fire Breath Ronso Rage.
You will find a stronger version of the Dual Horn during your visit to Home. Other than a difference in stats, it will behave in the same manner as before.
