The Ready for Commitment trophy / achievement in God of War Ragnarok is unlocked once you fully upgrade at least one armor set in the game. This means that you will need to upgrade a Chest, Arm, and Waist piece to level 9 from the same armor set, rather than one of each from different sets. the upgrade materials required for most sets are similar, but as you come to level 7 onwards there are more differences in the types of rare items required to upgrade them.
