Objective: Escape the helicopter¶

As soon as you are back in control, it’s time to run! The attack helicopter that has just shown up will start firing at us immediately, so quickly run over and climb into the train ahead. Sprint through to the far side of the train (make sure you heal up as you go if required) and when you are far enough through the train car another scene will play.

Objective: Survive the freezing waters¶

Now we’ll be underwater. Mash your swim fast button to head towards the structure ahead and then to the hole in the ice above. For the most part Lara will be on autopilot here, you’ll just need to keep the movement stick in a forward position and by pressing the fast swim button she should make it to the destination for a scene.

Swim to the crack in the ice (left) and then run along the set path (right) until you escape the helicopter.

That pesky helicopter is back again… And we’ll have to run away from it again. Fortunately, the game gives you a pretty linear path to follow so as long as you can execute the required jumps and wall scrambles you should not have too much difficulty. Follow the set path that the game gives you through the area, up the first scalable wall, across the walkways here and down the zip line.

Jump between the various ice platforms here, being sure to keep any eye out for and avoiding collapsing sections of ground and leap to the zip line at the end. This will trigger a scene.
