Seregios is Rathalos’s biggest rival apparently. It is a unique Flying Wyvern, introduced as the flagship monster of 4 Ultimate , and was the debut of a new status, Bleeding , which depletes your health as long as you move. Crouch for a few seconds, eat a Well-done Steak, or consume a Mosswine Steak to get rid of the Bleeding. Note that the Bleeding comes from the explosions of the scales that Seregios throws at you, and you have to be hit by all three explosions in a single attack (getting hit by one, then rolling out of the way, leaves you safe).

Seregios loves to use its talons to kick and slash. Its talons have a unique configuration compared to other Flying Wyverns (two facing front, two facing back), further letting it grasp and claw at you.

Seregios is weak to Thunder and Ice element attacks.

Attack Explanation
Claw Scratch While standing normally, Seregios will flutter a little and then snap at the ground (or you) with its talons, ejecting scales from its ankles and causing miniature explosions.
Double 180 Tailswing A unique variation, Seregios will flick its tail to the side twice as it turns.
Tail Whip Seregios will stand stationary and whip its tail from side to side, ejecting scales and causing explosions across the arc of its swing.
Diving Swoop Seregios will fly into the air and then try to attack you from above, talons first. Unlike other Flying Wyverns, it comes in from a unique angle that involves it curveballing itself, allowing it to more efficiently ambush you. If Seregios misses, it’ll do it again.
Scale Fling Seregios will fluff up its scales around its head and neck and turn itself into a giant pinecone (note that in rage mode, this is its default look) and then fling out three scales, which will then explode three times.
Pin Attack Seregios will pounce on you and pin you. If you don’t free yourself, it’ll throw you at other hunters or Palicos. Free yourself by toggling the circle pad or throwing a Dung Bomb.
