Ah, the area that started it all. Verdant Hills debuted in the very first Monster Hunter game ever. Feel the nostalgia yet? Verdant Hills is packed with areas from which to harvest valuable resources. A sprawling area of beautiful greenery and lush forest combined, Verdant Hills is at once peaceful…and dangerous, for in its heart is the wyvern’s nest!

If you need to collect a Wyvern Egg , you need to go to area 5 and scavenge in the nest. Beware that the Egg is exceedingly fragile so unless you have Felyne Lander, you can’t travel to area 6 or else the Egg will break as you jump down the ledges. And speaking of area 6, the nature of the ledges makes it basically a one-way trip from area 5 to area 6. So if you need to head to area 5, enter from the area 4 side!
