This page contains all the information you need on how to begin, and keep, a romance with Miranda Lawson.
Speak with Miranda in her office which can be found on the 2F of the Normandy.
Miranda is one of three potential romances you can do as a male Shepard. After meeting her in the Project Lazarus Research Lab, you can begin your romance with her after you return from the mission on Horizon. Speak with her in her office and she’ll ask you to help with protecting her twin sister Oriana.
Complete the Loyalty Miranda: The Prodigal, then keep returning to Miranda’s office and choose “Can we talk’’ throughout the game. Eventually, Miranda will say “The only things I can’t take credit for are my mistakes”. Respond with “You’re hard to compliment’’ followed by “I’m admiring it now”.
Complications with Jack¶
Once you’ve completed Jack’s Loyalty mission Jack: Subject Zero, you’ll find Jack and Miranda going head to head in the Comm Room. Here you’ll need to backup Miranda by saying “Too bad, Jack”. For more information on the choice, refer to our Jack vs Miranda page.

- Interrupt the Jack and Miranda argument in the Comm Room and side with Miranda.
