To start this mission you must finish the core mission on Horizon, after which you’ll be able to travel to Illium. You must also start Miranda’s loyalty mission, which should be a simple matter of talking to Miranda on the Normandy after completing several missions (by the time you’ve completed Horizon, this shouldn’t be an issue).

Once on Illium, you should find an Asari on the Trading Floor complaining about a lost trinket - this doesn’t start the assignment, but you will need to return to her to finish it. Make your way to the Eternity Bar and inside you’ll find an asari named Lanteia, who will take you to the start of the mission.

After the mission begins… don’t worry about this assignment. Play through the entire mission and put Enyala down. After this final fight, search some crates near the exit door to find the lost trinket, then end the mission. Return to Illium and give the trinket to the asari on the Trading Floor to complete the assignment and earn a reward.
