Speak with Liara on Illium to begin the relationship.
Illum¶
Once you meet with Liara on Illium for the first time after your disappearance, she’ll inform you that she’s in some kind of trouble, but can’t go into detail. After the conversation has come to a close, you’ll want to go her apartment to find she’s gone.
Lair of the Shadow Broker¶
Continue the mission until you deal with the person trying to take down Liara, then whilst you’re speaking with her, choose “Our Relationship” dialogue choice to see what she says. Now head on to the Lair of the Shadow Broker to further this relationship.
Cabin Scene¶
Upon defeating Hagalaz, choose “Hug her”, then immediately afterwards, talk with her again and say the following, “I want to talk about us”, “I do.” and “Let’s go now”. Finally, say “Happily ever after” to secure this relationship.
