Make your way to the southern end of Illium, where you’ll find the Memories of Illium kiosk. The kiosk itself merely sells a variety of fish and models, but the proprietess nearby is arguably more interesting, as she’s having some… relationship problems.

Convince the asari proprietress of the “Memories of Illium” kiosk to make a decision regarding her boyfriend to complete this assignment.

Talk to her and she’ll complain about the crooning krogan nearby, and some questioning will reveal he’s her kinda-boyfriend. Investigate further and after some chatter you’ll get the option “You should make a decision.”, which leads to a Paragon/Renegade option. The Paragon option will convince her to commit, while the Renegade option will encourage her to seek a less krogan partner.
