Recruit Garrus and complete Loyalty Mission¶

Garrus is one of three potential romances you can do as a Female Shepard. Before you get started, you’ll need to recruit him to your team by completing Dossier: Archangel followed by his loyalty mission, Garrus: Eye for an Eye.

Once done with the above, speak with Garrus and then say “Just want to talk” followed by “Turian Preparations”. Here you’ll want to choose the top left options, “Full contact sparring? followed by “And how did it go?”. After Garrus has finished telling his story, say the following, “We could ease stress together” and “Not what I meant”.

After the first conversation, complete a main mission, then speak with Garrus again and say “Just want to talk” followed by “I like you, Garrus”. Now if you’ve been trying to pursue something with either Thane or Jacob, Garrus would mention it here, so you’ll want to respond with “I don’t want other options” to secure in Garrus being your partner.
