Here are some notes about the Tasks above:
- The Vertigos appear in the forests, so make sure you roam inside of them to get them to appear in the random battles.
- You should have gotten a Pretty Pelt from Carla if you talked to her during Free Time 2.2. If not, then you need to venture into Corsi Cave (cave in a mountain in the Rubrum region) to get some from the Coeurls there. The Lesser Coeurl leader will drop one (the path to the east on your map) and if you defeat the leader before the other ones, then you can grab some from them once they surrender.
Use the Pretty Pelt you get from Carla if you can (left). Or visit Corsi Cave (right) to collect one.
