Ace

By
Claire Farnworth
&
Jarrod Garripoli

Ace can be seen as the leader of Class Zero, as his name would suggest.

Ace uses a deck of cards in battle, making him a ranged attacker. He is considered to be a beginner-friendly character, as he is quite agile and speedy when evading and his attacks are quick and deft. However, he has low HP and defense, with his other stats not really outshining any of the other characters.

When Ace attacks with his cards, they home in on their target, but he has two variations of the basic attack, depending on if the analog stick is held up or down. With it held up, Ace will create a circle of cards around him that acts like a melee attack, while he will shoot a stronger attack card when it’s held down.

In an act of unprovoked aggression, the Militesi Empire invaded the Dominion of Rubrum. Imperial dreadnoughts swarmed the skies, assailing the unsuspecting countryside under the banner of the White Tiger. From amidst the flames of the besieged dominion, the Vermilion Bird rose in defiance, her crystal granting magic and mighty eidolons that her disciples might cast out the technologically advanced aggressors. Thrust into the tumult of war, the fate of the world and its four crystals now rests on the shoulders of fourteen brave, young warriors.
