This Templar Hunt memory location can be found on the eastern bank of the Thames, just north of the houses of parliament in Westminster. The long narrow area is packed full of Blighters so you’ll want to hop up on the wall next to the street overlooking the dock area and marketplace below and use Eagle Vision to locate the target.

The target can be assassinated from the wall above (left). Wait for him to run below (right).

You’ll find this assassination target patrolling from the boat anchored at the southern end of the restricted area, along the dock below the wall and to a building near the market area nearby. Fortunately, the optional objective for this activity asks us to air assassinate the target – and that’s by far the easiest way to do it! Either use the wall beside and overlooking the dock or the smoke stacks on the boat to air assassinate him as he passes during his patrol.

Once you have killed the target, escape from the restricted area to complete the activity.
