This Child Liberation activity can be found on the far eastern side of the Southwark borough, just southeast of London Bridge Station. It has three groups of children to liberate, a foreman to kill and a single alarm bell which we’ll need to avoid activating to complete the optional objective.

If you approach from the eastern side of the restricted area, you’ll see that the building actually straddles a pair of raised railway tracks. Enter via the doorway by the southern track to find yourself on a balcony area with no enemies (although you’ll want to watch out for a patrolling Sniper in the center of the room) overlooking the factory below. If you follow this a short distance, you’ll see the alarm bell below and to the right. Wait until the patrollers move away and there is only a single guard remaining by the bell. Air assassinate him, sabotage the bell and quickly exit via the archway opposite.

The train tracks are a fast way to reach the alarm (left). The three groups of children are all at ground level (right).

Once the alarm has been sabotaged we can cause as much or as little chaos as we want and still earn 100% synchronization. We’ll need to kill the foreman. An easy way to do this is to return to the train tracks on the eastern side of the building and this time enter via the northern doorway.

Eliminate the pair of Blighters on the balcony here and look down to the ground floor below on the left. The foreman will patrol along here so wait for him to pass below and air assassinate him… to the max (or perform a double air assassination on him and another Blighter (also to the max) if you are patient).

Once he is out of the way, there are also three groups of children to liberate who can be found in the following locations:

  • In the southernmost section of the ground floor, below the entrance to the southern train track on the eastern side of the building.
  • On the ground floor on the western end of the building just inside the north door.
  • On the ground floor on the western end of the building just inside the south door.
Once you have killed the foreman and freed all of the children, the memory will be complete.
