This target is located on a dockside marketplace on the southern bank of the Thames river. There are a number of ways to approach the target and you shouldn’t have too much difficulty securing him, providing you are patient and wait for an opening in patrol routes of other guards.

Approach from the water (left) and climb up to grab the target. Escort him from the area (right).

He’ll patrol back and forth a short distance along one of the raised dock platforms. We can either approach from the river side, climb up and nab him once the coast is clear, or approach from the road-side to the south, climb the large building overlooking his patrol route and hanging out for a bit before and dropping down to grab him when it is safe to do so.

After nabbing the target, walk him out of the zone and into a carriage before delivering him to the drop off point to complete the activity.
