This Bounty Hunt is a little tricky to earn the optional objective on as there are quite a lot of Thugs about and I was unable to find a decent location from which to take a run at the target. In essence there is a large, square-shaped building within the restricted area and the target will patrol north to south and back again along the western side of this.

On the northern side of the building is a graveyard type area with a stone gate leading out to a haystack and the street. I found it easiest to sit outside of the door, wait for the target to move away and start either throwing knifing or whistling over the other enemies in the graveyard area for silent kills. Do this until the area is cleared of hostiles.

The target can be found on the north side of the building (left). Use the stone gate to cover assassinate the nearby enemies (right).

When the target returns to the now empty area, sneak up and kidnap him before escorting him through the gate to the nearby road – just watch out for a final pair of Thugs en route! Once you have him inside a cart, grab the reins and drive him to the destination.
