The Outteridge Manufacturing Child Liberation activity can be found in the south west corner of the City of London borough, right next door to the east of Cannon Street Station. It has four groups of children to liberate, a foreman to kill and a single alarm bell which we’ll need to avoid activating to complete the optional objective.

If you approach from the eastern side of the restricted area, you’ll see an opening at ground level and inside the alarm bell and three Blighters. Hit the hanging barrels above the Blighter on the left and then pick off the other two either with throwing knives or assassinations. Once the ground floor is clear, sabotage the bell so that it will no longer be able to ring.

Use the hanging barrels and your throwing knives to clear a path to the alarm (left). Use the open window on the roof to get to the foreman silently (right).

Once the alarm has been sabotaged we can cause as much or as little chaos as we want and still earn 100% synchronization. We’ll need to kill the foreman. An easy way to do this is to climb to the rooftop and look for the open skylight on the south side of the roof. From here we can enter and look below and to the right to see the foreman patrolling on the top floor along with another Blighter. Wait until the other fellow walks away and then air assassinate the target. You should also probably go and kill the other fellow on this level before he turns around!

Once the foreman is out of the way, there are also four groups of children to liberate who can be found in the following locations:

  • In the corner next to where we killed the foreman on the top floor.
  • On a small landing halfway up the stairs between the third floor and the top floor.
  • On the third floor by the offices.
  • On the second floor behind the stairs.
Once you have killed the foreman and freed all of the children, the memory will be complete.
