Points of Interest¶
- A Parasol Lady by the eastern gatehouse hands out weather-prolonging hold items; you can get different ones according to the time to day.
Guide¶
From the entrance, head left and run through or slide across the shallow puddle to the left, before going up. Soon you’ll come across a Pokemon Ranger, who you challenge to a fight.
Trainer Battle: Pokemon Ranger¶
Continue up, past the gap in the big trees and grab the item, then sneak past the Pokemon Ranger to his right. At this point you should be facing a deep pool. Follow the outside of the pool north-east to find a TM, then Surf into the pool and head for the eastern shore.
If for some reason you haven’t taught Surf to a Pokemon (why haven’t you!?), then go anti-clockwise around the Pokemon Ranger and head right from the gap in the big trees. If it’s Winter, you can slide to the other side of the pool; if in a different season, you can just walk across.
On the opposite side is a Parasol Lady ready for a fight.
Trainer Battle: Parasol Lady¶
After you’ve beaten or avoided her, head south-east, then follow the puddled path east. Along the way, you can fight two trainers.
Trainer Battle: Fisherman¶
Trainer Battle: Parasol Lady¶
Pokemon | Level | Type |
---|---|---|
Alomomola | 35 | Water |
At the end, you can find a Parasol Lady standing by a sign–this one isn’t up for a battle and instead rewards you with a rare weather-prolonging rock. Handy if you have Pokemon that can trigger weather effects. Past her is the gatehouse to the next area: Tubeline Bridge .
However, until you’ve beaten Icirrus City’s gym, the passage will be blocked off. Instead, return to the first Parasol Lady, near the deep pool and carefully wade/slide your way north-east. You may bump into a Pokemon Ranger along the way, but they should be little threat to your team.
Trainer Battle: Pokemon Ranger¶
Pokemon | Level | Type |
---|---|---|
Cinccino | 36 | Normal |
Directly above, you should notice a conspicuous entrance leading north–this will take you into deeper territory: the Moor of Icirrus , to be precise.
