One of the side activities in Hogwarts Legacy allows you to keep beasts. By taking care of them, you can get potion ingredients and create your very own mini-zoos in the Room of Requirements. Every region in the game features a few beast dens, including the Feldcroft Region. The guide below goes over every beast den that you can find in the Feldcroft Region and where to find them.

Overview¶

There are a total of six different beast dens that can be found in the Feldcroft Region, including that of the exclusive Hippogriff.

Jobberknoll Den¶

The Jobberknoll den is located west of Irondale. These are flying beasts, so you want to use a spell-like Accio to bring them closer when you are trying to use your Nab-sack to capture them. This beast will produce Jobberknoll Feathers.

Niffler Den¶

The Niffler den is pretty easy to spot as it is surrounded by gold coins. It is located near the Feldcroft Catacomb floo flame. Nifflers will give you Niffler Fur and are relatively easy to catch. Just use a spell to keep them in place.

Mooncalf Den¶

South of the Feldcroft hamlet, you will find a Mooncalf den. While these beasts are easy to capture, they will only come out at night. Mooncalf will give you Mooncalf Fur when you take care of them in your Vivarium.

Fwooper Den¶

The Fwooper Den is located near the Rookwood Castle floo flame. This is another beast that flies, so use Accio to bring them to you. Fwooper will give you Fwooper Feathers.

Hippogriff Den¶

The Hippogriff Den can be found above the Feldcroft hamlet. This is a flying variety of creatures, but you can usually hit them with Glacius, as they won’t take off until you get close to them. Hippogriff will give you Hippogriff Feathers.

Puffskein Den¶

The last den is a Puffskein den located near the center of the Feldcroft Region. These are the easiest beast to catch in Hogwarts Legacy and will give you Puffskein Fur.
