As you progress during your adventure in Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll soon gain the ability to obtain Demiguise Moons from Demiguise Statues. These are used for a Side Quest that will upgrade your Alohamora Spell and can be found in Hogwarts, Hogsmeade and The Highlands. This page will detail where you can find all 11 in The Highlands.

When do Demiguise Statues Unlock?¶

Before you can begin your hunt for the Demiguise Statues, you’ll first need to progress the story far enough for them to become available. You will need to progress through the Main Quest until you complete The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament, after which you’ll learn the Alohamora spell to pick locks and begin the Side Quest to turn in your Moons with him.

There are two more upgrades for the Alohamora spell, which will let you pick Level II and III Locks respectively. Note, two of the Demiguise Statues in The Highlands will require you to have the Level II Lockpicking ability, meaning you’ll need to turn nine moons into the Caretaker.

Demiguise Statue #1¶

Cross the bridge in town and go into the first house you see, the Demiguise Statue can be found on the top floor.

Demiguise Statue #2¶

Head into the house to the west of the well in the center of town, it has a wheel sitting outside.

Demiguise Statue #3¶

You need to unlock the Level I Lock on the house to the left of the Floo Flame to find this Demiguise Statue.

Demiguise Statue #4¶

Enter the first house west from the Floo Flame and the Demiguise Statue is sitting next to the door.

Demiguise Statue #5¶

Enter the house west of the Merlin Trial and you’ll find the Demiguise Statue to the left of the entrance.

Demiguise Statue #6¶

Head to the house furthest to the west and pick the Level I Lock. The Demiguise Statue can be found straight in front of you, by the stairs.

Demiguise Statue #7¶

Head to the house on the east of town and pick the Level II Lock (return 9 Moons to the Caretaker in Hogwarts to unlock). Once inside, look to your left to find the Demiguise Statue.

Demiguise Statue #8¶

Head into the house northeast of the Floo Flame and look in the kitchen to the right of the door.

Demiguise Statue #9¶

Enter the house to the west of the second bridge (when coming from the Floo Flame), the Demiguise Statue can be found in the kitchen.

Demiguise Statue #10¶

Head to the house to the north of town and pick the Level II Lock (return 9 Moons to the Caretaker in Hogwarts to unlock). Once inside, look to your left to find the Demiguise Statue.

Demiguise Statue #11¶

In the house to the left of the Vendor. Go upstairs to the top floor to find this Demiguise Statue.
