There are multiple assault rifles, submachine guns, shotguns, and pistols to choose from in Helldivers 2, but the AR-23P Liberator Penetrator is one of the best assault rifles in the game and it can be unlocked via the sixth page of the Helldivers Mobilise! Battle Pass for 40 Warbond Medals. Best AR-23P Liberator Penetrator Uses¶
The AR-23P is a good assault rifle by default as it comes equipped with a 20% increase in damage and has the ability to be used in full auto, but we think the AR-23P Liberator Penetrator is the better choice for its Medium Armor Piercing trait. This makes it a good candidate for dealing with armored Terminids and Automatons, such as the Charger and Devastators. If you prefer to sit back and deal with the bug breeches from afar or be up close and personal, then this weapon’s quick fire rate and very low recoil make it a good choice for all playstyles.
