The High Entia Tomb is where the remains of the emperors of the High Entia are housed. It is also home to a traditional, and dangerous, trial for those who are proving their worth to be the next successor. You will not be able to explore every single bit on your first visit here, as there are two areas which are inaccessible until much later in the game.
Once you complete the Mechonis Core section of the main story, you will be able to begin a quest in Satorl Marsh called Imperial Ceremony. Complete this quest to acquire the High Entia Emblem item, which is needed to access the Imperial Treasure and Telethia Laboratory locations.
