Strategy¶
You’ll be able to receive this Battle Intel once you reach Chadley in Chapter 9 and just like Report 05 it’s another battle against a Summon for the chance to win it’s Materia. Once again you’ll find a full in-depth strategy for how to beat Fat Chocobo in the VR Missions page but there’s a few tips below to get you started:

Fat Chocobo has no weakness but will become Pressured after it stops bouncing around during Kewh kweh! so follow up with Focus abilities to Stagger it.

It will stay Staggered longer than any enemy in the game, take this time to pull off Infinity’s End twice if possible.

Save your Summon until you reach the later stages of the battle when Fat Chocobo calls upon many reinforcements at once.
Fat Chocobo is largely a pushover despite it’s massive HP pool.
