This Weapon Ability is the least useful of all of Yuffie’s but it can still be useful to maintain damage or Pressure on certain foes. When used, Yuffie will toss the Shuriken and it will move around amongst all foes, striking them for damage for a period of time. The damage it inflicts is not huge, but especially against foes that you have a tough time reaching, it can be useful and the fact that you can use it while airbone is a boon too.
This weapon is an unique one compared to the other weapons Yuffie can obtain in INTERmission. To begin with, it’s only available as (expensive) paid DLC if you didn’t preorder Intergrade. Beyond that, it’s a weapon that features no Attack or Magic Attack upgrades but instead focuses all on Critical Hits, be it from Weapon Abilties or regular attacks. It does boast a total of +1000 HP in upgrades which is useful before you have a lot of MAX HP Up upgrades. The final Sub-Core adds some much needed Materia Slots and it’s the only other weapon to feature the useful Reprieve ability.
When spending your SP on the Cacstar, focus on obtaining AP Up first before unlocking any and all Critical related abilties. Be on the lookout for Luck + when it starts becoming available, this will further add to your Critical rates while sprinkling in some HP upgrades along the way. Once you unlock the final Weapon Level, unlock Reprieve right away.
In the sprawling city of Midgar, an anti-Shinra organization calling themselves Avalanche have stepped up their resistance. Cloud Strife, a former member of Shinra’s elite SOLDIER unit now turned mercenary, lends his aid to the group, unaware of the epic consequences that await him.
This guide for Final Fantasy VII Remake: Intergrade features all there is to see and do including a walkthrough featuring coverage of all Main Scenario Chapters for both the main game and INTERmission, all Side Quests and mini games along with indepth sections on Materia, Enemy Intel and Battle Intel.
