Fire is a Final Fantasy staple and one of the more useful materias in the game. When cast, it will track your target meaning that it’s difficult to miss with it, what’s more, once you obtain Firaga the explosion will hit enemies close by. You’ll find most human enemies are weak to Fire making it an ideal materia to pair with Elemental.
