Yet, if you remember the power of bleed builds in Elden Ring, then the Bloody Glory is a weapon you will likely want to use. This heavy Radiance and Strength powerhouse will turn you into a paladin with a bit of a fixation for blood. If you are into that playstyle, it’s certainly one of the best Great Swords in Lords of the Fallen. The Bloody Glory location is just on the exit of the Belled Rise, which leads to the opening where you can get the Vestige for the Path of Devotion. You will need the Pilgrim’s Perch Key to access this location, which is obtainable from Stomund on the Skyrest Bridge. It will cost you around 9500 vigor to acquire from him.

With that done, open the locked door to the left side as you teleport to the Belled Rise Vestige in Pilgrim’s Perch. Open the door on the left, run through the cave, down the ramp, and jump over the wooden platforms over the pit. From there, your task is to reach the other side, turn left, enter the Umbral pathways, and run around the remaining cave, running towards the edge of the Pilgrim’s Perch ledges. Once again, cross an Umbral path where a crossbowman is sniping at you from, and enter the cave to the left of it. Run through the cave, climb the ladder, and run up the tunnel with the Hallowed Knight and the dog patrol. When you reach the end, you can either run left for a boss, or run right. This takes you through a few more rooms, before emerging into the wilderness in a place called Path of Devotion.

In this connection area, you can find a Hallowed Knight patrol and two dogs resting. The room will contain a loot pickup, as evidenced by us dying to said dogs in the image above.

Tips on using the Bloody Glory in Lords of the Fallen.¶

The Bloody Glory’s unique feature is that it scales of Radiance in your primary stats, and its barbed blade applies bleed debuff to enemies. Bleed is one of the best burst status effects in the game, with its audible, chunky ticks of damage nuking an enemy HP bar, compared to the slow yet long ticks of poison and fire damage. Using this weapon to apply bleed will seriously help any elite or boss killing potential.

If you want to go full-on bleed build with this weapon, there are effects you can use to assist with your build. There is an early game ring called the Bloodbane Ring, which enables the user to build up the bleed meter on a creature simultaneously by building poison on a target. This ring, when combined with the use of Poison Salts, will enable for a rapid build-up of Bleed on a target, with a swift follow-up of poison. It’s easy to find Poison Salts, too, with most enemy drops in the Forsaken Fen dropping these salts.

You can also use Forsaken Grenades, Poison Javelins, or other equipment to apply your poison to get the bleed if you want to, and then use Smite Salts, and build a smite meter on a target to get extra benefit from smite damage for your Radiance spell power attribute. If you use a Catalyst, you can find some spells that also build up poison debuff, like Putrefaction, an Umbral Spell you acquire from the Forsaken Fen second village. You need to break the door in near the large lake area towards the beacon. Alternatively, you can stack more debuffs on a target using some of the burn fire spells or frost Umbral and take the Pendant of the Burden, which increases damage based on the number of status effects inflicted on an enemy.

All in all, you can use a few builds and playstyles to reap the most out of the Bloody Glory in Lords of the Fallen. Hopefully, these weapon tips and ideas can help you reap the most out of the weapon and get this really powerful Great Sword into fitting builds.
