This page will show you where to find every Aether Current in the Ultima Thule area of the Endwalker expansion. In order to unlock flying in Ultima Thule, you will once again need to find all the Aether Currents in the area, some of which require you to complete certain quests in order to gain that Aether Current.

World Aether Currents (10)¶

1. Coordinates: X: 13.5, Y: 7.6¶

Head north from Anagnorisis, and past the building. The Aether Current is right next to the wall.

2. Coordinates: X: 34, Y: 23.6¶

The first island is connected to a smaller one in the east.

3.Coordinates: X: 18.6, Y: 32.4¶

Found right at the southwest edge of the first island.

4. Philomythes Notos: Near the Bridge¶

Coordinates: X: 11.7, Y: 31.1

Located near the bridge linking two islands just east of The Twelve Wonders Aether Current.

5. Philomythes Notos: North East of Twelve Wonders Aetheryte¶

Coordinates: X: 6.4 Y: 29.6 Z: 1.6

6.Coordinates: X: 16.4, Y: 20.8¶

Found on the second island northeast of the gatekeeper.

7.Coordinates: X: 10.3, Y: 24.9¶

Close to the gatekeeper. Found at the south of the second island, right at the edge on a small rock.

8.Coordinates: X: 6.2, Y: 19.3¶

Found to the west of the second aetheryte. On top of the waterfall. Head north or south first if you’re on the lower ground.

9.Coordinates: X: 13.5, Y: 15.5¶

This Aether Current is slightly out of the way, though still within close reach of the second aetheryte. On the base of the lighthouse to the northeast.

10.Coordinates: X: 13.5, Y: 7.6¶

Third island. It’s south of Ktisis Hyperboreia, which you visit right after reaching this island. This Aether current in Ethoseletikos Boreas is located at (X: 13.4 Y: 7.6 Z: 4.8). It is first available during the quest A Flower upon your Return.
