Travel north to (X: 32.6 Y: 24.6 Z: 0.5) via the stair case that runs alongside the giant pipe where you will find Alisaie.

Search for Alphinaud.¶

Alphinaud can be found at (X: 33.4 Y: 24.2 Z: 0.5). Speak with Alphinaud to trigger a cutscene.

Mount up and move to the next ALisaie location at (X: 27.2 Y: 28.5 Z: 0.0).

Speak with Alisaie a second time.

Search for hints as to Licinia and her sister’s whereabouts.¶

You will find an Empty Bottles at (X: 26.4 Y: 30.7 Z: 0.1) but this has nothing to do with the Licinia.
You will find the Fresh Blood at (X: 30 Y: 32.2 Z: 0.0).
