This can be a frustrating quest. The quest NPC will walk/run/sprint on a fixed path to the end of the mission periodically turning around to look for people following her. You must use terrain to avoid her line of sight such as ice pillars, rocks, trees etc. You must avoid getting too close while she is walking or falling too far behind while she is running/sprinting.
Step 1: Hide behind the pillars Step 2: Use the trees to avoid her line of sight. Step 3: Use the rocks for cover. Step 4: Use the tree for cover, but watch for enemies in the area! Step 5: Stay in the trees shadow. If you run any closer you will trigger her to spot you. Step 6: Run/sprint after her to the end of the quest blue-green circle marker.
