Teleport to The Archion in Labyrinthos and speak with Fourchenault.

Use the lift to proceed to the Medial Circuit and speak with Fourchenault.

Travel south through the gates to Logistikon Alpha (X: 29.1 Y: 27.4 Z: 3.0) and speak with Alphinaud to trigger a cutscene.

After the cutscene speak with Hester the Lift Operator to proceed to the Central Circuit.
