Head out onto the upper balcony of the Leveilleur Estate to find the first Sightseeing Log.

Sightseeing log entry “002” - Scholar’s Harbor¶
Head over to Scholoar’s Harbor and walk along the walkway until you reach the NPC Neymi Funomi to find the second the Sightseeing Log.

Head over to The Rostra and you’ll find the third Sightseeing Log sitting to the left of the entrance.
