You’ll be able to receive this Battle Intel once you reach Chadley in Chapter 9 and this one is slightly different from the previous Stagger Battle Intels. For this one, you’ll need to raise the stagger damage bonus to 200%, a feat that is much easier to do with Tifa in your party and even easier towards the end of the game.

For now, your best option of raising the bonus is by using Tifa’s Chi Combo, each hit raises it however you’ll need to find a suitable enemy. Look no further than Fat Chocobo, this enemy will stay staggered longer than any enemy in the game, perfect for this report. Later in the game, Tifa’s True Strike is useful to raise the bonus as is Aerith’s Ray of Judgment.
