The second Merchant Request for destroying the blue medallions can be obtained during Chapter 3 of the main story. You can find the blue note on a wall just before you enter the main area of the quarry, which is southwest from the Merchant’s Hideout where the Shooting Range is located. We’ll show you where to find all five of the blue medallions for this request.
Where to Find the Blue Medallions in the Quarry and the Fish Farm - RE4 Remake¶

Blue Medallion Location 1 - Quarry Path¶
As mentioned above, you’ll be able to obtain this Merchant Request from a blue note that can be found on a wall just before you reach the main area of the quarry, as shown in the screenshots above. Once you have it, you can find the first blue medallion in this same area, but you’ll need to head through the quarry to the other side, along the linear path to the Merchant’s Hideout. Just as you pass through the gate, look up to your left to spot the blue medallion hanging from some scaffold.

Blue Medallion Location 2 - Fish Farm Docks¶
The second blue medallion in this area can be found hidden beneath the docks which serve the fish farm. You’ll need to jump down two platforms just north from where you spotted the lake monster with the binoculars. Move slightly to the right from here and look down in front of you to spot the medallion.

Blue Medallion Location 3 - Small Hut in Fish Farm¶
The third blue medallion can be found in a small hut in the main area of the fish farm, just behind where you first encounter the Bull Head Brute. There’s a barrel with a yellow marking just to the left of the hut, so look for this if you’re struggling to find it. There’s also a lifebuoy / life ring attached to the hut, so it’s difficult to miss. Once inside, look to the right just above two barrels to spot the medallion.

Blue Medallion Location 4 - Beneath Bridge in Northwest Fish Farm¶
The fourth blue medallion on the fish farm can be found beneath a bridge in the northwest of the area, in the same place where you can find a chest which contains the Hexagon Piece B. The medallion is just beneath the bridge to the right of this chest, as shown in the screenshots below.

Blue Medallion Location 5 - Beneath Scaffold Near the Center of the Fish Farm¶
The final blue medallion in the fish farm can be found in the south-central part of it, as shown in the screenshot below. You can spot it just beneath the foundations of some scaffold, between some planks of wood which have been displaced.
