Resident Evil 4 Remake was released on the 24 March 2023 and one of the new additions to this version of the game are Merchant Requests which will require you to complete sub-objectives. One of these Sub-Objectives include destroying Blue Medallions that are scattered throughout the area. This page will navigate you through the necessary steps to starting and completing the Merchant Request Blue Medallions 5 that takes place in Chapter 14.
You can find the Blue Medallion 4 Merchant Request sitting on the wall outside of the Merchant Room in Chapter 14.
Where to Find the Blue Medallions 5 Request¶
In order to start the Blue Medallions 4 Request you’ll need to work your way through the game until you reach Chapter 14, then use the Level 3 Keycard to unlock the gate that is located north of the Facility 1 Storage. Here you’ll find a room on the right that leads to the Merchant. You’ll find the Blue Medallions 5 Merchant Request sitting on the wall to the left of the door.
Blue Medallion 1 Location¶

Head to this location on the map (left), and look up into sky to find the first medallion hanging from the stairs. (right)
Once you’ve accepted the request you’ll want to exit the room where the Merchant is located via the double doors, then
immediately look up into the sky to find the first Blue Medallion hanging from the stairs.
Blue Medallion 2 Location¶

Once you’ve exited the room where the merchant is located immediately look to the right to find the second Blue Medallion.
Blue Medallion 3 Location¶

Head up the stairs and climb down the ladder on the left, then proceed through the narrow path on the right. Take a left after the first container to find the third Blue Medallion hanging on the red containers.
Blue Medallion 4 Location¶

Head to the opposite side of the cargo depot and you’ll find the fourth Blue Medallion hanging behind some silver cages.
Blue Medallion 5 Location¶

Head over to the southwest corner of the depot and you’ll find the fifth and final Blue Medallion hanging from a water tower.
