Resident Evil 4 Remake brings a whole host of new features to an already excellent game. The addition of Blue Request Notes are one such feature and completing them will reward you with useful items and other resources. This page focuses on the first of these requests, the blue medallions in the farm during Chapter 1.
You will need to destroy 5 blue medallions in the farm for this request.

How to Destroy all 5 Blue Medallions in the Farm¶
You’ll find your first Blue Request Note on the wall near the exit to the farm, this will introduce you to this new feature and your current task. If you need to see your task again at any point, head to the Files menu.
This first one is a simple task but may still cause you to pause a little if you’ve been rushing through the Chapter without taking time to look around. Five blue medallions have been placed around this Farm area, which isn’t a large area by any means, and you must shoot each of them to clear the request.

Before you start your hunt for the blue medallions, it’s a good idea to clear out the farm of any enemies, this will allow you the freedom to look around without fear of having a chunk taken out of you from behind. To help you in your search for these medallions, you can open up your map to see a general location of each.
Blue Medallion #1¶
Starting at the south of the farm and working your way north, the first blue medallion can be found on the outside of the building that houses the Typewriter here. Head around back and look on the corner of the wall to find it.
Blue Medallion #2¶
Look to your left now and leap over the fence to your west, then turn around and face the barn. If you look through the right window, you’ll find the second blue medallion waiting to be taken out.
Blue Medallion #3¶
Sticking to the west side of the farm, look for a small shack and go inside. Look up at the roof and you’ll spot the third blue medallion that you can take care of.
Blue Medallion #4¶
Leave the west side of the farm and as you go north, turn and face the large barn to your right (the one with the doors sealed). Look up to the top window and you’ll find the fourth medallion hiding there, shoot it and move on to the last.
Blue Medallion #5¶
Continue to the northeast of the farm area (to the right of where you found the note) and when you reach a dead end, turn around and look to the right of the Wayshrine, behind the fence, to locate the fifth and final blue medallion.
