At the start of Chapter 2 in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you can purchase the Treasure Map from the Merchant for 3 Spinels who can be found to the right when you exit the Abandoned Factory. This will display all the treasure locations on the map for the entire village section including Chapter 2 as well as give you a small progression counter in the bottom right corner of the map. Although this will show you their general location, it won’t show you how to get them. Read below how to get all five treasures in Chapter 2.
Treasure: 1 - Sapphire¶

Once you begin Chapter 2, head up the stairs until you enter the Abandoned Factory, then look inside the oven on the right to find the Sapphire inside.
Treasure: 2 - Ruby¶

Continue progressing through the chapter until you reach the Valley, then head up the hill to the north of the area and you’ll find a chest containing the ruby at the end.
Treasure: 3 - Elegant Mask¶

Enter the building to the south and you’ll find a case containing a Small Key sitting on the shelf. Now return to the Abandoned Factory and unlock the chester drawers to collect the Elegant Mask.

Exit the Abandoned Factory and use the Hexagonal Emblem to open the gate on the left, then crawl underneath the boxes on the left and follow the path around to find a chest containing the Sapphire.
Treasure: 5 - Sapphire¶

Head up the stairs and follow the path along until you reach a small wooden shack, then look up at the tree opposite it to find a container holding the Sapphire hanging from it.
Treasure: 6 - Pearl Pendant¶

You’ll now want to look over to the right of the wooden shack to find a well. Here you’ll find the container holding the Pearl Pendant hanging above it.
Treasure: 7 - Ruby¶

Continue following the path around until you reach the Village Chief’s Manor, then enter the building via the back door and open the drawers in the corner to find the Ruby.
