Resident Evil 4 Remake launched on March 24th 2023 and is a fantastic remake of one of the most revered games ever created. With this version of Resident Evil 4 Remake, there are Merchant Requests which is a new addition. This page will navigate you through the necessary steps to starting and completing the Merchant Request Blue Medallions 5 that takes place in Chapter 15.
You can find the Blue Medallions 6 Merchant Request sitting on the wall at the exit of the Cliffside Ruins.
Where to Find the Blue Medallions 6 Request¶
Blue Medallions 6 is the final request in Resident Evil 4 and it can’t be unlocked until you’ve reached Chapter 15 in the story. Here you’ll want to work your way through the island until you come to the end of the Cliffside Ruins portion, then you’ll find the merchant pinned up against the wall.

Once you’ve accepted the merchant request, look up into the sky and you’ll see the first blue medallion hanging from the tower.

Avoid going through the door for now and instead go back on yourself whilst looking out for some scaffolding to find the second blue medallion hanging from one of the rails in the center.

Continue going back on yourself and look down to the ruins on the left and you’ll find the third blue medallion hanging from the wall in the middle.

Head back towards the ladder that you climbed down to collect the treasure Staff of Royalty. However, this time you don’t want to climb down, as the fourth blue medallion can be found hanging from the wall behind it.

You’ll now want to climb down the ladder and look out of the first window on the right to find the last blue medallion sitting on the cliff to the right.
