Resident Evil 4 Remake launched on March 24th 2023 and is a fantastic remake of one of the most revered games ever created. You’ll obtain the You Talk Too Much Trophy/Achievement upon successfully throwing a grenade into his mouth.
How To Throw a Grenade Into Ramón Salazar’s Mouth¶
The You Talk Too Much is one of the more simple combat trophies in the game, as all you need to do is get a grenade into his mouth once. You don’t kill him doing it which makes things a lot easier. Before entering the boss arena at the end of chapter 12 you’ll want to make sure you’ve crafted a couple Hand Grenades which will cost 11 Gunpowder and 1 Resource (L). If you miss your shots throughout the battle, then you can pick up items within the arena to craft some more.

If you’ve used all the resources and still didn’t manage to get the trophy, then reload the auto-save before completing the battle to try again. Now in order to get the grenade in his mouth you’ll want to wait until he attaches himself to the ceiling, then when he shoots the black liquid at you, launch a grenade at him.
