You’ll be able to receive this Battle Intel once you reach Chadley in Chapter 8 and if you’ve been completing all the Side Quests to this point, you should find that you’ve defeated 2 already. You’ll have to progress Chapter 8 a little and gain access to the Side Quests there where you can find more Variants to defeat.
