Sarin is a mysterious luminescent skeleton you can find in the sewers of Baldur’s Gate. When you stumble on this, you won’t really get a chance to properly investigate it thanks to the guardian wizard. However, if you find its head, you can get clues to return it to its headless skeleton. Here’s a look a the Sarin Skeleton Puzzle in Baldur’s Gate 3, and how to solve it.
How to Solve the Sarin Skeleton Puzzle in Baldur’s Gate 3¶
To solve the Sarin Skeleton Puzzle, you will need to find her skull. The skull is located in the Undercity region of the sewers, in a pouch behind the Penitent Trader. You can find him, and the pouch referencing these images on the screen below.
Once you arrive at the Penitent Trader and the Pouch he stands in front of, you will need to have your party stand in front of him as normal. Now select a party member to un-group, and have them sneak behind the trader and open the pouch. Inside you will find Sarin’s head, and now you can return to the Sarin Skeleton.
Upon arriving at the Skeleton, simply place the Sarin Skull into the insert box when you interact with the skeleton, and you will reunite the skeleton. Upon doing so, a ghost will appear, and complete a small quest for you. The reward for it is a Magic Amulet, which allows you to make an attack roll as a reaction once per long rest.
After completing it, you will get a side quest complete, and be done with the Sarin Skeleton Puzzle in BG3.
