The Ramazith’s Tower is a sub-location within the !Sorcerer’s Sundries store of the Lower District. Players who take part in this store and explore it fully can venture into a sub-area called Ramazith’s Tower, where plenty of puzzles are knocking around the place. One of those very puzzles is the Arcane Barrier puzzle, which you can access by clicking on the right items. However, the barrier is impenetrable, yet, there are still ways to get through. Here is a walkthrough on the Ramaziths Tower Arcane Barrier Puzzle, so you can grab the robes and the 
Markoheshkir legendary staff for your efforts.
Where to find the Markoheshkir in Baldur’s Gate 3¶

Just for a recap on anyone who stumbles on this page because they are in Ramzith’s Tower, or !Sorcerer’s Sundries, there is a small puzzle with portals on the top of the stairs of the !Sorcerer’s Sundries shopping area. The puzzle is related to the Nightstong, so going through the right portal will bring you to the Ramazith’s Tower.
From there, you can find magical floating furniture, which you can jump across to get to a level below where the wizard and his guardian elementals are floating around. When you reach the floor below, you need to press the Weave button on the northwest side of the floor. If you press the right one, then you will get ported to a platform below the level, and be greeted with the Arcane Barrier puzzle in Baldur’s Gate 3.
How to Lift The Arcane Barrier in Ramazith’s Tower in Baldur’s Gate 3¶

When you arrive on the platform, you must dispel the Arcane Barriers protecting the items in the bubble. Inside one of the bubbles is the legendary staff, which is one of your big ticket items. The other is a very strong 10 AC clothing chest piece designed for Wizards.
To dispel the Arcane Barrier puzzle in BG3, you will first need to use a 
See Invisibility Potion. You can find one of these on the same platform you are on, located in the Gilded Chest. Pick the lock, or smash the Chest to pieces, whichever one is favorable to your party, then loot the See Invisibility potion.
Once you have the item, you need to consume it. Now you can find two levers that appear next to the Arcane Barriers. You will need to pull these levers to make the Arcane Barriers disappear. To do this, you need to roll a 20 in Intelligence checks to do so. If you fail it, and can’t reroll it using your Inspiration Points, then you will fail the lock, and not be able to lift the Arcane Barrier associated with the lever. So, save the game, and get ready.
Once you lift both the Arcane Barriers, then, you may grab the gear inside. You will get the legendary staff called Markoheshkir, and a robe called 
Robe of the Weave. And with that, you will have completed the Ramazith’s Tower Arcane Barrier Puzzle in Baldur’s Gate 3. But there are more puzzles to come, with the Sorcerer’s Vault offering even more challenges ahead for your sole for more great loot from this location.
