Turkey Day coincides with Thanksgiving, which falls on the fourth Thursday of November. During this event, you’ll be able to collect some exclusive Turkey Day DIY recipes and make food with your Villager friends!
It’s time to cook a Thanksgiving Meal!
Cooking with Franklin¶
During Turkey Day, you’ll be tasked with helping Franklin make delicious meals near the town hall. You’ll be required to make the following dishes and in exchange you’ll be given some DIY recipes and exclusive Turkey Day items. In addition to getting the main ingredients, you’ll then be asked if you can enhance the recipe with secret ingredients. If you also grab the secret ingredients, you’ll be given more DIY recipes!
Pumpkin Pie Recipe¶
To cook the Pumpkin Pie, you will need:
- 1 Orange Pumpkin
- 1 random colored Pumpkin (white, green or yellow)
For helping with this recipe, Franklin will give you a Turkey Day Wall. If you want another Turkey Day reward, consider giving him the secret ingredients for this recipe, which are: 2 pumpkins of the 2 colors you haven’t given yet (white, green or yellow).
Grab your pumpkins that were left over from Halloween to make a delicious soup.
Clam Chowder Recipe¶
To cook the Clam Chowder Recipe, you will need:
- x3 Manila Clams
For helping with this recipe, Franklin will give you the Turkey Day Rug. Then, if you also want to enhance the recipe for an extra reward, grab a Scallop!
Fish Meuniere Recipe¶
To cook the Fish Neuniere, you will need:
- 1 Sea Bass
- 1 Random Fish
For helping with this recipe, Franklin will give you a Cornucopia. Then, if you also want to enhance the recipe for an extra reward, you’ll need to fish for a Barred Knifejaw.
You can help Franklin make a wonderful meal for the islanders!
Gratin Recipe¶
To cook the Fish Neuniere, you will need:
- 1 Mussel
- 1 Random Mushroom
- 1 Oyster
For helping with this recipe, Franklin will give you a Cornucopia. Then, if you also want to enhance the recipe for an extra reward, you’ll need to go diving for a Dungeness Crab. They’re pretty tricky to find sometimes, so maybe it’ll be worth asking your Villagers for help on this one (if you haven’t been given previous ingredients)
