Tiny Tina's Wonderlands

Cursed Wit (Legendary)

By
Jarrod Garripoli

One of the best things about Borderlands games, as well as the spin-off, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, is the Legendary items you can find. These items are gold in color and tend to have unique effects that are exclusive to that particular one. This page will concentrate on the Legendary Ward, the Cursed Wit.

Where to Find the Cursed Wit

The Cursed Wit can be found as a world drop, meaning it’s possible to get it from any loot source. However, it does have a dedicated loot source, in the boss, Ribula. This boss is the first one you fight in the game, at the end of Snoring Valley, the tutorial area. If you wish to farm this boss, you will have to make the trek all the way through the zone upon first arriving there. Once you face the boss again, you can do the usuall “quit and reload” to appear in the final section of Snoring Valley to try again.

Cursed Wit’s Stats and Effects

The Cursed Wit can be one of the better Wards for those looking to maximize their damage potential. Basically, whenever your Ward has been depleted, you will gain 17% damage reduction and 100% increased damage dealt to enemies. If you happen to go with a Spellshot, they have a skill in their tree called Glass Cannon, which prevents the Ward from regenerating at all, making this shield work very well. Of course, outside of the one skill, it can be quite challenging to make sure your Ward stays empty to reap the benefits, but it’s still a great buff.
