Rune Switches are a puzzle that you can find throughout areas in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. They consist of a little altar that has three switches connected to it. Upon first interacting, the runes will appear throughout the area and you will have to touch them before the timer runs out. You will need to touch them in order, or you will have to start over from the beginning. The switch you must touch will emit a green light, so you know where to go next. Finishing all 12 Rune Switch puzzles will grant you a permanent 10% Dexterity increase. This page will list the location of the Rune Switch puzzle in Brighthoof.
Rune Switch Location¶
To find the Rune Switch in Brighthoof, you will need to head to Izzy’s Fizzies. Go inside and find the stairs leading to the second floor, then the other ones that will eventually bring you to the roof. Upon reaching the roof, you will find the Rune Switch puzzle right there, in plain sight. Touch it to activate the puzzle, then get ready to move.
How to Complete the Rune Switch Puzzle in Brighthoof¶
As soon as you activate the puzzle, cross the rope bridge right next to the Rune Switch and you should see a jump pad off to the left. Jump onto the wooden ledges, making your way towards that jump pad, and you should see the first puzzle piece there. Take the jump to a higher roof, run to the end of the wooden ledge and quickly jump down to the one roof you see below you. There will be a little ledge sticking out here, which will allow you to just grab the edge of the wooden plank across from it. If you miss this jump, then you will have to return to the Rune Switch and start over.
Making the jump, however, will allow you to touch the second puzzle piece just up the slanted rooftop. As soon as you grab it, turn around and look for the next rope bridge that extends across to the southwest. This will put you on a rooftop with a big pipe. Turn northwest and look for the wooden trail heading in that direction. Follow this and you should see the final piece on a wooden ledge to your north. Jump from the pipe to make sure you make it, or there’s a slight chance you might clip something and fall to the ground/water below.
