Tiny Tina's Wonderlands

Corrupted Platemail (Legendary)

By
Jarrod Garripoli

One of the best things about Borderlands games, as well as the spin-off, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, is the Legendary items you can find. These items are gold in color and tend to have unique effects that are exclusive to that particular one. This page will concentrate on the Legendary Armor, the Corrupted Platemail.

Where to Find the Corrupted Platemail

The Corrupted Platemail can be found as a world drop, meaning it’s possible to get it from any loot source. Outside of that, you can also get it as a dedicated drop from the Dragon Lord, the final boss of the main story. The fight can be pretty long, so farming it from him can be a bit of a nuisance. If you’re looking for just this Armor, though, the best option is the loot rabbits at the end of the Chaos Chamber, as you can limit yourself to the Armor one.

Corrupted Platemail’s Stats and Effects

If you are wanting more survivability in a build, then the Corrupted Platemail can be a good Armor to use. It converts 30% of all damage dealt to Dark Magic damage, as well as increases the Dark Magic Effiency by 30%. This can also work for a Dark Magic build, because of the Dark Magic Effiency increase. If you can actually get one with the correct skills, this can be one of the better general Armors in the game.
