Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has dropped its first piece of downloadable content (DLC) and it requires you to venture to an area called Dreamveil Overlook. This page will tell you where to find this location, and how to access it.
Dreamveil Overlook is the name of the zone in which you have to go to in order to access the Coiled Captors DLC. Before doing anything, make sure that you own the DLC/Season Pass, then go to the store page for the Coiled Captors DLC and see if you need to download anything. You will also want to make sure that your game is completely up to date with the Version 1.05 patch (or more recent), which was released on April 21, 2022. Once you have everything ready, you might need to restart your game (from console/PC’s dashboard), so everything takes effect.

Where to Find Dreamveil Overlook¶
Upon having all of the things, head to either Brighthoof or Snoring Valley, then exit to the Overworld. Not too far from the Shrine of Mool Ah, you should see a new location on the map, which is the entrance to Dreamveil Overlook. You should get some dialogue upon entering the area and exploring it a little bit, but to truly get started on the actual DLC, you will need to find Vesper. Approach her to get things moving.
