Shin Megami Tensei V

Taito - Uguisudani and Ueno Park

By
Jarrod Garripoli

There are 200 Mimans hidden throughout the four regions of Shin Megami Tensei V. This page will list the locations for the Uguisudani and Ueno Park areas of the Taito region.

Miman 159

From the Ueno Leyline, go north, down the hill and continue heading north-northeast. At the end, you will see a hill to your north, so go up there, then the other hill to the west. This will allow you to get on the train tracks, so do that and venture north on them, until you reach the Kaya-no-Hime that gives you a quest, A Princess in a Pickle. Across from the Kaya-no-Hime NPC will be the Miman.

Miman 160

From the previous Miman, continue to the end of the tracks, then go up the nearby hill. There will be a sloped road nearby, so climb it and follow this trail until you reach some shallow water, where some Sui-Ki will appear out of nowhere to try and attack you. Stick to the southern side of this little pond to find the Miman on the shoreline.

Double back to the bottom of the sloped road and head north this time, past the Bishamonten. You will eventually run into a Nebiros demon, who runs away while spawning some Decarabias. As soon as you run past where he was located, before the path begins curving to the southwest, you will find the Miman on the southern side there.

Miman 162

Past Abaddon, who is a Punishing Foe beyond the last Miman, you will have to pass through a narrow passage with some Hecatoncheires demons. Head south from them and to an area with large lakes of shallow water. Stick to the land here and follow the path until you reach a split. Go southeast and you will find a small clearing with a Sarasvati, who will give you a quest called A Need for Nectar. Directly across from her is another clearing, with a bunch of rocks, and the Miman will be behind one of those.

Miman 163

Go back to the Sarasvati mentioned in the previous Miman and find the thin trail behind her. You will see three similar looking demons (the three Sisters of Fate), so continue past them and up the hill. There will be a climbing block nearby, but ignore that and go straight to the end of this ledge to find the Miman.

Miman 164

From the previous Miman, go up that climbing block and head south to another one. As you reach the ledge above, continue south, past another hill (has a Mitama at the top) and to the edge of this area. Look in the dip in the ground near there to find the Miman.

Miman 165

The Hecatoncheires in the narrow passage from earlier is where you will be going right now. Next to them, there is a hill going up, leading to the area with the Ueno Park Leyline. Just north of it, there is a small path heading northeast, which is right before the area with Zeus. Take this path and go to the northeastern edge to see a rooftop just below it. Drop down to the rooftop to find the Miman.
