There are 200 Mimans hidden throughout the four regions of Shin Megami Tensei V. This page will list the locations for the Tokyo Station area of the Chiyoda region.
Miman 148¶

Directly southeast of the Tokyo Station Leyline, you will see a little area that has some red and black structure acting as its southern border. Check along that structure to find the Miman.
Miman 149¶

Return to the Tokyo Station Leyline and head southwest of it, where you should see some Angel NPCs. Directly southwest of them will be a little spot in the corner with some rocks. If you look on top of those rocks, you will find the Miman.
Miman 150¶

You will be unable to collect this Miman until you have defeated Ishtar in the main story. Once you do, move into the area past where you fought her and search the narrow dead end on the eastern side to find the Miman.
