Shin Megami Tensei V

Demon Statues - Taito

By
Jarrod Garripoli

There are a number of large petrified demons that can be found in the world, which allow all of the demons in your current party and stock to gain a full level upon inspecting them. This page will detail the locations of all Demon Statues found in the Taito region.

Demon Statue 14 - Eligor

Located in Taito - Ueno. From the Ueno Leyline, head to the north and down a large hill, then continue north at the bottom. Go past the Hecatoncheires and to the end of the path, which will have you underneath a piece of highway. To your north will be a hill you can climb and as soon as you do that, look to the northeast to see the Demon Statue.

Demon Statue 15 - Flauros

Located in Taito - Asakusa. From the Asakusa Leyline, head southwest and down the hill at the end, then go to the dead end just west at the bottom. There are some vending machines here, but you will want to jump off the ledge just north of them. Head west from there, up the climbing blocks, then run up the hill. Follow the path until you reach the area with the Cironnup. Go back to the Rangdas just southeast of the above NPC, and drop off to the little area below you. Take the path to the east, which will put you underneath the train tracks. At the southern end of this area underneath the tracks, you will find the Demon Statue.

Demon Statue 16 - Forneus

Located in Taito - Shinobazu Pond. From the Shinobazu Pond Leyline, you will see a large lake/pond to the north of it, which is split up into two halves. The Demon Statue will be located in the southern half, near the northeastern portion of it. Note that upon getting close, you will be jumped by some Sui-Ki demons, so be wary of them appearing out of nowhere.

Demon Statue 17 - Jack Frost

Located in Taito - Kuramae. From the Umayabashi Leyline, head north to the four-way intersection, then continue beyond that. When you pass the last set of Thrones, there will be a large area to explore to your west. Head into that area and follow the path until you reach the upper portion of it. If you’ve done the necessary quests, you should find Demeter here, who will give you another quest. There is a path just north of her location, which will lead to the Demon Statue. Note that these statues are normal-sized ones and not the larger variants, so they might be a little easier to miss.

Demon Statue 18 - Decarabia

Located in Taito - Motoasakusa. Start by teleporting to the Umayabashi Leyline and going north to the four-way intersection. Head east here and through the building to the north of the Thrones, as if you were going to the Motoasakusa Abscess. Once you reach the other side of the narrow passageway, head west to find some Yamata-no-Orochis and go south from them to find some climbing blocks. Climb the blocks and the Demon Statue will be right in front of you.
